Have meetings in the nearest car park, especially in the winter. Bet they never last more than a few minutes. Meet clients though in a plush coffee house. With the large comfy chairs you just sink into and don't want to get out of. Could be taken further.

I totally agree. Years ago I removed all chairs from my office. If an employee comes in, and has to stand, they are less likely to waste your precious time.
