To answer your question - I still do use the clone me (employ people) quite a bit, but not to the extent I once did. I'm home based instead of office based now and no longer have admin support, so, I do outsource quite a few things. To be honest - recruiting people has always been my biggest weakness, so I'd love to do as little of it as possible. But like you, I'm hoping to concentrate more on books in the future.
