Bluehost Review

I use Bluehost to host some of my websites, and have found it to be a reliable service.  I switched to Bluehost from another service provider because it has Fantastico auto-installs, which enabled me to install a Wordpress blog at the touch of a button.  If you've ever tried to install a Wordpress blog before, you'll know how difficult it is, so Bluehost was a godsend for me.

Bluehost is packed with more features than I have room to list here, but these include the ability to add as many websites to your account as you wish at no extra cost, a massive 300GB of space, unlimited email accounts, free auction software, free shopping cart, and the ability to add video and audio.

This hosting service has been extremely reliable so far, and my sites never appear to be down, which is important.  If you're paying a lot of money to drive traffic to your website you want it to be working when the traffic gets there.

Customer service has been good, which is important.  The hosting account I used before Bluehost didn't get back to me when I was having major problems, so you have to be really careful about which hosting company you choose.

Bluehost is quite easy to use.  Initially, I found it difficult to find what I was looking for when I searched their help section.  However, Bluehost recently improved their interface, and the help section has improved dramatically.  The only other problem I have found is not being able to change your main domain name to another at the click of a button (well at least I couldn't find the button), but I should imagine they'd do this straight away if you gave them a call.
